PERMANENT POSITION
Responsibilities: –
- To perform preliminary design calculations for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.
- Prepare all cost data base for project pricing and cost estimation using proper estimation methodology.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for client.
- Prepare preliminary equipment material specification and material take off.
- To provide technical aspect on the design to meet client requirement and interpret standards such as ASME, TEMA, BS and etc.
- Maintain existing engineering records and designs.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger and Piping fabrication and installation especially in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Familiar with international code (ASME, TEMA, PTS, EN etc).
- Familiar with pv elite.
- Skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project 2010 is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
PERMANENT POSITION
Responsibilities: –
- To carry out all related QAQC Inspection activities.
- Able to interpret drawing and other QAQC related documents.
- To monitor incoming/ outgoing fabrication material and consumable welding material conform to specification requirement (material receiving).
- Able to plan and execute complete inspection activities during the fabrication process (e.g., dimensions, fit up inspection)
- Able to handle welder qualification test WQT and qualified new WPS.
- To ensure all measuring equipment in good condition and ready to use (equipment calibrated).
- Knowledgeable to carry out visual inspection as per specification.
- To monitor NDT requirement (NDT request / witness).
- To carry out fit up inspection on fabrication as per approved drawing.
- To conduct hydrotest.
- Manage and control the Manufacturer Data Report (MDR) for fabrication documentation record (e.g., Nonconformity report, NDE report, Dimensions report)
- To assist QAQC to liaise with DOSH Officer/ Client/ Vendor/ Contractor/ 3rd Party.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Welding and inspection or any Engineering related field.
- Have Inspection certificate (e.g., CSWIP)
- Minimum 2- 3 years’ experience as QAQC Inspector/ Engineer in Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger and Piping fabrication and installation especially in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Familiar with international code (ASME, API, BS, ISO, TEMA, PTS, EN etc).
- Experience in inspection and documentation.
- Able to handle QAQC matters from start to final.
- Able to work immediately will be added advantage
